STEP 2 –   LOOK FOR PARTNER PRA

Canadian companies/employers must find a partner POEA-Licensed Philippine Recruitment Agency (PRA). Please refer to the list of accredited/licensed PRA at the POEA official website: http://poea.gov.ph/cgi-bin/agList.asp?mode=actLB

STEP 3 – SUBMIT DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS FOR VERIFICATION

Submit complete documentary requirements to POLO Toronto, either personally (set an  appointment via phone: 416-975-8252) or through postal mail (200-160 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto ON, M4P 1E8). Attach a pre-paid, self-addressed return letter envelope.

STEP 4 – EVALUATION

Once POLO Toronto receives the Applicant’s documents, the assigned Processing Officer shall evaluate the documents and its contents. Evaluation Period: Three (3) to five (5) working days. INCOMPLETE applications will be returned. Companies/employers may only follow-up if no notice/feed-back was received after 5 working days.

STEP 5 – INTERVIEW AND/OR SITE VISIT
