• Effective March 22 2021 to April 21 2021, the entry of FOREIGN nationals into the Philippines is temporarily suspended. See attached memorandum circular for the list of exempted foreign nationals.
• Returning overseas Filipino citizens and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) are permitted to return to the Philippines.
• All Filipinos and exempted foreign nationals are subject to the arrival quota set by the DOTr.
