STEP 3 – EVALUATION

Once POLO Toronto receives the Applicant’s documents, the assigned Processing Officer shall evaluate the documents and its contents. Evaluation Period: Five (5) to Seven (7) working days. INCOMPLETE applications will be returned. Companies/employers may only follow-up if no notice/feed-back was received after 7 working days.

STEP 4 – INTERVIEW AND/OR SITE VISIT

If all documents have been found to be in order/complete, the assigned Processing Officer of POLO will conduct an interview. (Interview details/conditions will only be discussed when the company has successfully passed the evaluation stage).  The Labor Attache may conduct a Work Site Inspection, when deemed necessary.

If there are items for correction/revisions after the interview and/or Worksite visit, POLO Toronto shall inform the Employer/Principal and/or return the documents to the Employer/Principal for correction/revision. Once complete, proceed to the next step. NOTE: Onsite or Virtual monitoring is to be conducted for companies hiring Filipino workers for the first time and for application for additional job order.

STEP 5 – ENDORSEMENT TO THE LABOR ATTACHE

The Processing Officer shall endorse the complete set of Documents for Verification to the Labor Attache. When deemed necessary, the Labor Attache may conduct a clarificatory/second Interview.

Once all requirements have been deemed complied with, The Labor Attache will verify the documents by stamping and affixing her signature thereto and issue the corresponding Endorsement/Memorandum.

POLO will then release the Verified Documents to the Canadian Employer/Company or FPA.
